Mike Trout’s best friend and Jess Trout’s brother, Aaron Cox, was lost to suicide in August of 2018. Since that tragic day, the Trouts have learned that struggles with mental health are far too common amongst all communities. They have dedicated themselves to spreading awareness by partnering with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) to help the many Americans who may feel alone in their struggles.
